Na’Tosha De’Von, actively, courageously, and consistently confronts racism, sexism, homophobia, and bigotry in its myriad of forms. In Northwest Arkansas Na’Tosha De’Von is an advocate that tirelessly works to speak for those who have been disenfranchised. Na’Tosha De’Von has spoken at countless events, protested for several different causes, and has developed a curriculum around Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and anti-racist practices. Na’Tosha De’Von believes that one can not heal the parts that are broken if they do not see them, so she uses her voice and sphere of influence to expose the parts of humanity that so desperately need to be healed.
